1. Privacy First Philosophy
CleanStopwatch was built with the belief that your productivity tools shouldn't track you. We do not set cookies, do not require user accounts (for the free version), and do not run third-party marketing trackers.
2. Information Collection
We collect absolutely zero personally identifiable information (PII). When loading widgets, standard server-side CDN logging (provided by Cloudflare) records anonymous network metrics (such as IP address, user agent, and referrer URL) purely to prevent abuse and measure aggregate daily embed usage counts.
3. Terms of Usage
You are free to embed CleanStopwatch widgets on any personal website, public workspace, OBS stream, or digital board. You may not scrape, wrap, or redistribute our code to resell it as a standalone timer product. Pro licensing is sold via Polar.sh and verified in real-time against Polar's servers.
4. License & Activation
Polar.sh subscriptions grant a non-transferable license to configure branding-free and premium widgets while the subscription is active. CleanStopwatch reserves the right to terminate access keys found to be shared publicly or used in violation of these terms.
